i have an overstocked 20 gallon, as i recently got alot of new fishes and got excited and added them into one tank.
anyway, point being it seems to be balanced but at the edge, i was thinking of moving two fishes that dont seem to fit, two red tailed rosborba. but they are small fishes and i dont think these two fishes will tip the balance will it?
I do plan on moving the angels as they dont belong in a 20, i am just waiting for them to pair up to be moved. so once they are gone it will open up alot of room.

My thought is these fish probably are too small to tip the balance. One way I use to keep tabs on my tanks overstocking, cleaning needs, ECT. is nitrate levels. If the nitrates are difficult to keep below 40 ppm (especially with plants, proper feeding, and a good cleaning schedule), you are probaly over crowded and/or have poor filtration.
